About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leading negotiations, procurement, and contract management for indirect services and supplies related to General Affairs activities
- Fleet management, parking, fuel voucher control (Ticket) and 'Sem Parar' system management
- Facilities management (cleaning, security, concierge and reception, landscaping, CCTV, selective waste collection, and other outsourced services)
- Administrative services and general maintenance (building, electrical, civil, plumbing, and HVAC)
- Contracting and oversight of renovations and construction works
- Procurement of consumables such as office supplies, hygiene and pantry items, PPE, and maintenance supplies
- Mobility and corporate travel
- Management of rents and condominium fees for head office and branches
- Management and payment of utility providers (electricity, water and sewage) and municipal taxes/fees
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in negotiations and category management for General Affairs and Facilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation related to third parties, compliance, audits, and corporate policies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Multitasking, resilient profile with availability to support internal and external stakeholders
- Good communication and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
- Analytical thinking with a focus on cost, quality, and service
