About the role
- Welcome clients and visitors at the showroom, providing a premium, consultative customer experience;
- Present Daikin products, highlighting benefits, concepts and innovations across different product lines;
- Register visitors in Marketing Cloud, segment contacts and activate communication journeys according to each visitor's profile;
- Support regional events, training sessions and marketing activities;
- Provide support to local sales teams with information on customers and leads generated at the showroom;
- Work on converting sales of residential products through e-commerce;
- When necessary, forward sales opportunities to the commercial team and authorized distributors.
Requirements
- High school diploma (college studies in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields in progress are a plus)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, organized profile with strong interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service, showroom or consultative sales
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Availability to work 100% on-site at the Daikin showroom (Santa Lúcia – Belo Horizonte/MG).
