About the role
- Coordinates service levels, user satisfaction and service-related products for user support
- Supervises the team of service level analysts and oversees the operation of the Service Desk
- Manages contracts and relationships with service and equipment vendors related to hardware and software support
- Collaborates with other IT and business areas to align technology solutions with the company’s strategic needs
- Supports digital transformation and innovation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
- Advanced English
- Solid knowledge and proven experience in service level management and IT service catalog
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience managing ITSM platforms
- Knowledge and practice of LEAN IT principles
- Desirable: knowledge of Computerized System Validation methodology for the pharmaceutical industry (BPx/GPx).
