Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
  • Advanced English
  • Solid knowledge and proven experience in service level management and IT service catalog
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience managing ITSM platforms
  • Knowledge and practice of LEAN IT principles
  • Desirable: knowledge of Computerized System Validation methodology for the pharmaceutical industry (BPx/GPx).
