About the role
- Support franchise partners in day-to-day operations (building and expanding market share, team and activities)
- Actively promote, develop and support franchise partners in system-related measures
- Site and market analyses
- Expand knowledge transfer through on-site visits, workshops and training sessions
- Support franchise partners with marketing activities and coordinate accordingly with the marketing team
Requirements
- Completed commercial training, ideally in the real estate sector, or a degree with a relevant focus
- Experience in the real estate industry (desirable)
- Possibly initial experience in franchise/partner support
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Independent, self-reliant and results-oriented way of working
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
- MS Office skills
- Confident and polished manner and appearance
- Team player
