About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Planning, organizing and conducting training and qualification measures for employees in the warehouse and logistics area
- Creating, maintaining and further developing training materials, onboarding plans and checklists in coordination with the specialist departments
- Supporting and assisting with onboarding new employees to ensure quick and sustainable integration into operational processes
- Analyzing training and qualification needs and continuously optimizing existing training and onboarding processes
- Managing collaboration with relevant interface areas and establishing and supporting multipliers within the framework of train-the-trainer concepts
- Ensuring compliance with occupational safety, HSE, quality and process standards, as well as internal company policies and guidelines in the training environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training in logistics, warehousing, or a comparable qualification; ideally complemented by further training in training, instruction, or personnel development
- Several years of professional experience in operational warehouse logistics and experience conducting training and qualification measures
- Experience in creating and developing training materials and onboarding concepts
- Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills, as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Ability to collaborate with various interface areas and to coordinate and manage training processes
- Confident user of common MS Office applications and knowledge of occupational safety and HSE requirements
- Willingness to travel to conduct training and qualification measures at other locations
