About the role
- Ensure a reliable and compliant payroll process, meeting deadlines and legal requirements
- Coordinate activities between Payroll, HR and Finance teams
- Provide payroll and HRIS expertise to support all stakeholders involved
- Import monthly files and final settlement data, analyze rejections and correct discrepancies
- Monitor anomalies and report them in management committee meetings
- Define payroll requirements for GT (time management) interfaces and conduct tests
- Ensure payroll-related accounting entries/accounts are accurate and compliant
- Manage the SAP interface and adjust configurations
- Administer payroll and HRIS tools
- Manage the payroll process (variable pay, controls, DSN, closing)
- Monitor regulatory changes and maintain payroll reference data
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources or equivalent
- Knowledge of HRIS environments
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Payroll expertise and strong command of HR tools
- Experience with RHPI (Cegid), Workday or e-Temptation is a plus
- Team player with adaptability
