About the role

  • Coordinate reconciliation activities for marketplace sales and seller payouts;
  • Lead accounting close routines for the marketplace operation;
  • Reconcile sales, commissions, fees and fines;
  • Provide financial support to the business areas (Marketplace / Commercial / Operations);
  • Provide financial support to marketplace sellers (partners);
  • Prepare reports to monitor marketplace operation results;
  • Control payments related to the marketplace operation (seller payouts, fees, adjustments);
  • Carry out collections related to negative seller balances;
  • Support projects related to marketplace operations (improvements, automations, integrations);
  • Conduct market monitoring, benchmarking and feasibility analysis for new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed - Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields;
  • Language: Spanish is a plus;
  • Preferred: Specialization or postgraduate degree in Finance;
  • Specific knowledge: Financial Management, Budgeting, Modeling, Advanced Excel, Planning and Accounting.
