About the role

  • Optimization and support of planning processes by creating tools, improvements and developing reports.
  • Creation of the sales plan (forecast), based on historical sales data and indicators such as margin, inventory level, turnover, stockouts and seasonality.
  • Regular reviews of the sales plan, as well as purchase and receiving control to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Analysis of sales, inventory levels, coverage, stockouts, among others.
  • Definition of joint action plans with partner areas, such as Merchandising and Pricing.
  • Monitor and measure the results of replenishment actions.
  • Purchase planning: study and composition of the product portfolio.
  • Development of analytical tools to support strategic decisions, as well as support for the commercial team.
  • Creation and monitoring of performance indicators.
  • Identify opportunities for process and strategy improvements within the purchase planning flow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or Statistics.
  • Solid experience in Retail and, mandatory, experience in the Marketplace ecosystem.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Experience with, or strong exposure to, the use of Artificial Intelligence applied to Demand Planning and analytical models to support decision-making.
  • Technical mastery of the main planning KPIs: forecast (sales forecast), inventory turnover, coverage, stockouts, margin and GMV.
  • Experience structuring OTB (Open to Buy), receiving control and product portfolio composition.
  • Ability to interpret large volumes of data, convert numbers into action plans and identify process improvement opportunities.
