About the role

  • Support the Design team in creating and deploying visual materials for our products and digital channels, ensuring consistency with our brand identity and contributing to improved customer experiences;
  • Create and adapt assets for:
  • - banners and assets for website and app
  • - social media, email marketing and internal campaigns
  • - internal presentations and corporate materials
  • Assist with organizing files and libraries (components, icons, images, templates);
  • Perform basic image editing (cropping, retouching, color correction, resizing);
  • Apply the current key visual across different channels and formats;
  • Support mid/senior designers on digital projects (screen layouts, prototypes, basic flows);
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Ads, Social and Content teams on day-to-day requests;
  • Create and adapt interfaces for app and web, respecting and evolving Dafiti’s design system;
  • Ensure visual and verbal consistency across all touchpoints of the experience;

Requirements

  • Degree in progress or completed in Graphic Design, Digital Product Design, UX/UI, Visual Communication or related fields
  • Proficiency with tools such as Figma and the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating layouts, prototypes, flows and components
  • Knowledge of:
  • - composition, typography, visual hierarchy
  • - design for digital media (web and mobile)
  • - organization and careful handling of files, version control and deadlines.
