About the role

  • Concept and creative direction of 360° campaigns;
  • Development of key visuals and adaptations by channel;
  • Production of static assets, motion graphics and short-form videos;
  • Adaptation across the funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion) and by segmentation;
  • Creation of moodboards, visual narratives and look & feel;
  • Management of the creative process (briefing, deadlines, scope);
  • Organized handoff and file/DAM governance;
  • A/B testing and continuous optimization;
  • Evolution of the brand system and guidelines;
  • Innovation and use of AI/tools;
  • Curation and updating of the internal portfolio.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Marketing, Design and/or related fields;
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects); Figma for layouts and design systems;
  • After Effects and/or Premiere for short animations and simple edits;
  • Experience creating concepts and 360° executions;
  • Experience producing creatives for social ads, display, email, push and landing pages;
  • Best practices in briefing, file organization, channel specs and handoff;
  • Basic knowledge of A/B testing and interpretation of core metrics (CTR, CPC, CVR, engagement);
  • Conceptual thinking, strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, clear communication, collaboration and priority management;
  • Experience working with advertising agencies, account servicing, trade marketing or campaign advertising.
