SDR Assistant – SDR Assistant
DadosferaSDR Assistant supporting Dadosfera's commercial team in outbound prospecting and lead qualification activities. Proactive role aimed at identifying potential clients and generating qualified opportunities.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct active outbound prospecting via phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels;
- Reach out to cold leads and support lead qualification activities according to the company's ideal customer profile;
- Assist with initial outreach strategies to generate interest and schedule meetings for the sales team;
- Keep CRM systems up to date with contact information, interaction history, and opportunity status;
- Support prospecting routines, sales cadences, and contact processes;
- Monitor outreach activities and performance metrics such as contact volume and meetings scheduled;
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve prospecting messages and approaches;
- Handle objections and high-volume outreach activities with organization and resilience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, SDR support, inside sales, pre-sales, call center, or related commercial activities;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Organized and results-oriented;
- Ability to initiate conversations and interact confidently with potential customers;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Familiarity with digital tools, spreadsheets, and CRM systems;
- Ability to manage multiple activities and follow-up routines simultaneously.
