About the role
- Define QA strategies and comprehensive test plans for AI-driven features, web apps, APIs, and system integrations.
- Design, implement, and automate test cases for functional, regression, UI, performance, and security testing.
- Validate AI models, workflows, and outputs — including prompt behavior and automation pipelines.
- Execute QA validation for GTM workflows across platforms such as **n8n, HubSpot, Apollo.io, Clay, and Mailchimp**.
- Plan and run **A/B and multivariate experiments** to evaluate feature performance and user impact.
- Collaborate within **Agile/Scrum teams**, ensuring QA integration from requirement definition to release.
- Track, manage, and report defects and key quality metrics.
- Promote QA best practices and nurture a **culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement**.

- **Desired Profile**
- - Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Engineering**, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- - **5+ years** of QA experience, including **2+ years** in a senior or lead capacity.
- - Proven background testing **AI/ML systems** and **LLM-based products** (e.g., OpenAI API, fine-tuning, or prompt workflows).
- - Strong command of automation frameworks such as **Selenium, Cypress, Playwright**, or similar.
- - Familiarity with **Agile/Scrum methodologies** and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
- - Hands-on experience with **GTM and marketing automation platforms** (HubSpot, Apollo, Mailchimp, n8n, Zapier).
- - Understanding of **A/B testing** tools and experimentation frameworks (**VWO** experience is a plus).
- - Knowledge of **performance and security testing** fundamentals.
- - Excellent **analytical, problem-solving, and communication** skills.
- - Fluent in **English** (written and spoken).
