  • - Senior-level technology leader with experience as **CTO, Head of Engineering, Technical Director, Engineering Manager, or similar roles**.
  • - Strong balance between **strategic leadership and hands-on technical involvement**.
  • - Proven experience designing software architectures and leading technical teams in dynamic or startup environments.
  • - Ability to operate in ambiguous contexts and help shape both product and technical direction.
  • - Strong communication skills and experience working with international stakeholders.
  • **Technical Skills & Tools**
  • - Solid experience designing modern software architectures (monolithic, modular, microservices, cloud-native).
  • - Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as **AWS, GCP, or Azure**.
  • - Background in backend or full-stack development (technology-agnostic).
  • - Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure best practices.
  • - Experience working with agile methodologies and iterative product development.
  • **Additional Requirements**
  • - **Advanced English proficiency is required** for daily communication with US-based stakeholders.
  • - Open to candidates located in **LATAM, including Mexico**.
  • - Availability to collaborate with teams aligned to **US time zones**.
  • - **Part-time / fractional engagement** with flexible dedication.
  • - Compensation structure **to be defined** based on experience and availability.
