About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, implement and optimize online marketing campaigns (e.g., newsletters, paid ads, promotions)
- Assist in creating and maintaining content for the website, landing pages and marketing materials (possibly with external partners)
- Track key metrics, produce reports and derive concrete actions to improve performance
- Build and expand additional sales channels (e.g., marketplaces/platforms, partnerships, new digital touchpoints)
- Test new ideas (campaigns, channels, formats), perform clear analysis and scale successful approaches
- Coordinate small projects and support administrative office tasks (e.g., filing, orders, scheduling/document organization)
Requirements

- You work in a structured and reliable way and keep an overview.
- A good sense for copy, target audiences and engaging communication
- You're not intimidated by numbers: you think in KPIs and want to understand what actually works
