About the role

  • Strategic planning and expansion of the sales division, including developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Leading, motivating and developing the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Analyzing sales figures for all sales staff and developing measures to improve them.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer acquisition and building customer relationships.
  • Confidence in negotiation and persuasive skills.
