About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Evaluate contractor applicants to confirm they satisfy all required licensing, insurance, experience, and quality standards.
  • Assess overall fit by reviewing communication style, level of professionalism, and alignment with company standards.
  • Proactively identify and recruit top talent through strategic outreach, sourcing efforts, and networking across multiple markets.
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to present qualified candidates, coordinate interview logistics, and ensure consistent, timely follow-up throughout the process.
  • Support market needs by sourcing and recruiting installers across multiple products, including roofing, windows, siding, bath, solar, etc.
  • Maintain well-organized candidate pipelines and detailed documentation to ensure clear visibility and alignment across the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in recruiting, sourcing or related field
  • Strong understanding of contractor licensing and insurance requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple markets and priorities
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms
  • Ability to effectively partner with Hiring Managers to understand needs and drive results
