About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and deliver creative assets (graphics, animations, motion graphics, banners, infographics, and in-app communications).
Create shareable campaign creatives and live event visuals.
Collaborate with the wider Marketing team.
Provide design support for in-app customer communications.
Maintain and evolve Dabble's visual identity, design guidelines, and creative assets.
Explore and experiment with new creative formats.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A minimum of 3 years' experience in studio design or similar in-house roles.
Strong knowledge of best practice and contemporary design trends.
Proven experience creating artwork and delivering assets optimised for digital acquisition.
Excellent attention to detail and typography skills.
Strong data management skills.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
Bonus points for motion/animated graphics skills, HTML5 experience.
Open to occasionally working on weekends or evenings.
