About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee electrical and generator projects from inception to completion.
Manage field operations, coordinating with on-site teams.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Serve as a liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Develop project schedules, manage resources, and monitor progress.
Address issues that arise during project execution.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure compliance with regulations and safety guidelines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 or more years of technical experience with large power distribution systems, three phase UPS systems, switchgear, generators, or batteries.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time; As well as unplanned travel, as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, project management, or a related field preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong ability to lead, persuade, motivate, and influence others.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with strong attention to detail.
