About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee electrical and generator projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage field operations, coordinating with on-site teams.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Develop project schedules, manage resources, and monitor progress.
  • Address issues that arise during project execution.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure compliance with regulations and safety guidelines.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 or more years of technical experience with large power distribution systems, three phase UPS systems, switchgear, generators, or batteries.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time; As well as unplanned travel, as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, project management, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
  • Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong ability to lead, persuade, motivate, and influence others.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with strong attention to detail.
