About the role
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Battery Energy Storage Systems.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the renewable energy market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients on BESS solutions.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts and proposals tailored to client requirements.

Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in energy storage, renewable energy, or related technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of Battery Energy Storage Systems and the energy industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships and work collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
