About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage with potential clients to understand their fitness goals and needs.
- Promote and sell D1 Training programs and memberships effectively.
- Conduct tours of the facility and provide comprehensive information about services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and fitness challenges.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
- Collaborate with the training team to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous sales experience in fitness or related industry is a plus.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
