About the role

  • Engage with potential members and parents of potential members to promote D1 Training programs and services
  • Conduct facility tours and explain the benefits of our fitness offerings
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups
  • Assist in organizing promotional events and community outreach programs
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all members and guests
  • Collaborate with trainers to ensure seamless member experiences
  • Utilize GPS (Gym Profit Solutions) software to track leads and manage sales processes effectively

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience in the fitness industry or related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients
  • Passion for health and fitness, with a desire to help others succeed
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams
  • High school diploma or equivalent; fitness certifications a plus
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
