About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic ETS programs
Drive governance, risk, and compliance programs across cloud infrastructure, IT systems, and security operations
Establish and maintain program management best practices, playbooks, and governance frameworks
Serve as the primary point of accountability for program status and executive-level reporting
Partner with ETS stakeholders to define program objectives and navigate ambiguity
Identify, track, and proactively mitigate program risks and issues
Champion continuous improvement by analyzing program performance data

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification strongly preferred
7+ years of progressive experience in program or project management
Demonstrated experience managing GRC, IT transformation, or security programs at scale
Familiarity with frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, or FedRAMP
Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Experience working in or alongside quantum computing, deep-tech, or similarly innovative technology organizations is a plus
Hands-on proficiency with project and program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet
