About the role
- Implement core components and services of the Hybrid platform with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Contribute across the full SDLC: requirements, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Apply best practices in software engineering, DevOps, testing, and observability.
- Participate in code reviews and design discussions.
- Support improvements to CI/CD and cloud-native workflows.
- Assist with performance and scalability enhancements.
- Contribute to product discussions and engineering processes.
- Join the annual Hackathon to prototype new ideas.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent
- 2-5+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in Python and at least one other language (compiled language experience is preferred)
- Demonstrated experience with scaling distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs
- Experience working with Kubernetes for container orchestration
- Strong debugging and performance tuning skills in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
- Passion for innovation and interest in quantum computing (prior experience not required)
