About the role

  • Implement core components and services of the Hybrid platform with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Contribute across the full SDLC: requirements, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Apply best practices in software engineering, DevOps, testing, and observability.
  • Participate in code reviews and design discussions.
  • Support improvements to CI/CD and cloud-native workflows.
  • Assist with performance and scalability enhancements.
  • Contribute to product discussions and engineering processes.
  • Join the annual Hackathon to prototype new ideas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent
  • 2-5+ years of professional software development experience
  • Proficiency in Python and at least one other language (compiled language experience is preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience with scaling distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs
  • Experience working with Kubernetes for container orchestration
  • Strong debugging and performance tuning skills in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
  • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
  • Passion for innovation and interest in quantum computing (prior experience not required)
