About the role
- Structure and organize content within SharePoint
- Maintain and update site content to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine content
- Improve content usability, navigation, and consistency
- Ensure content follows internal standards and best practices
- Monitor and maintain overall site health and performance
- Support users with content-related queries and improvements
Requirements
- Experience managing content in SharePoint
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to structure information in a clear and user-friendly way
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Experience in content strategy or information architecture
- Familiarity with intranet or knowledge management systems
- Basic understanding of UX principles
- Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment
