About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gain hands-on experience supporting North America logistics and inventory management
Support day-to-day logistics operations including inbound and outbound shipment tracking, freight coordination, and carrier performance monitoring across North America.
Assist with inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, and stock analysis to maintain accurate inventory records
Analyze inventory data to identify slow-moving stock, excess inventory, and shortage risks
Help develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key logistics and inventory KPIs
Support supply planning activities for the JetStream product line
Collaborate with supplier and planning teams to flag supply risks
Contribute to S&OP preparation by consolidating supply and demand data
Own at least one independent analytical project over the course of the internship
Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Leverage AI tools for day-to-day operations. Well versed working with AI based tools (e.g. Claude, Co-pilot)
Expected graduation between December 2025 and June 2027.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn and contribute to a high-performing team.
Prior internship or coursework exposure to supply chain, logistics, or operations (preferred).
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) or ERP/planning systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) (preferred).
Familiarity with semiconductor or electronics hardware supply chains (preferred).
Basic proficiency in Python or SQL for data analysis (preferred).
