About the role

  • Provide food law and food-chemistry advisory services across the entire product portfolio for internal and external customers based on German and European food law
  • Evaluate the labeling of finished food products from a food-law perspective and derive practical recommendations for customers
  • Prepare, document and maintain optimal declaration recommendations
  • Handle food-law-related queries in an international context in coordination with subsidiaries and customers

Requirements

  • Completed degree in food chemistry including the 2nd state examination (practical professional year) or a comparable degree program
  • Initial professional experience in a food-law-related environment is desirable
  • Very good MS Office skills; experience with SAP is a plus
  • Excellent English skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Analytical thinking
