About the role
- Develop new formulations and concepts for the dairy sector
- Focus on water-based preparations (fruit and non-fruit preparations)
- Work with a wide range of ingredients
- Provide technical advice to internal teams and external partners for existing and new products
- Produce samples and evaluate them for sensory and technological properties
- Maintain relevant data and recipes in company systems
- Collaborate with technical project management, sales, product management, quality and production teams
- Support the scale-up process through to implementation
Requirements
- Degree in food technology, food chemistry or a comparable qualification
- Practical experience developing fruit preparations or similar products within a dairy environment
- Knowledge of fruit and dairy processing
- Familiarity with functional ingredients such as hydrocolloids
- Structured, hands-on and team-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Initial experience with SAP and standard MS Office applications
- Fluent in German and English
