About the role
- Expand and continuously develop our global talent sourcing organization with the aim of taking it to the next strategic and operational level
- Define short- and long-term recruiting and talent needs in close collaboration with HR business partners, line managers and the management board
- Design and implement creative, target-group-specific and market-oriented sourcing and engagement strategies, including building sustainable international talent pools
- Further develop and globally position Döhler's employer brand in close cooperation with internal stakeholders
- Optimize our global recruiting system and recruitment processes using the latest technologies and current market insights
- Lead, develop and scale the local team as well as the global talent sourcing organization in a dotted-line structure
Requirements
- Several years of solid experience in international talent sourcing and talent acquisition, ideally with additional experience in executive recruiting
- Deep knowledge of modern sourcing best practices and strong proficiency with platforms such as LinkedIn, Xing or comparable tools
- A completed degree in business administration, social sciences, psychology or a related field
- Strong understanding of the requirements of business functions, preferably supported by professional experience in marketing, sales, account management or related roles
- A strong leadership personality with excellent communication skills, strategic vision and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Business-fluent German and English, and experience with SAP SuccessFactors and ideally SmartRecruiters
