About the role

  • Support global production sites on all matters related to manufacturing and process technologies
  • Develop global standards for process engineering
  • Implement and accompany technical and technological projects end-to-end in close cooperation with departments such as R&D, technology development and production
  • Actively contribute to improving plant availability by further developing existing plant and process technologies, taking into account occupational safety, quality and environmental aspects
  • Drive continuous improvement processes relating to equipment, systems, methods, processes and competencies
  • Identify and realize solutions to increase productivity and improve process stability

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in Food Process Engineering, Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Engineering, Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Brewing Science, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field
  • At least five years of experience in production or plant/process operations
  • Knowledge of plant or mechanical engineering, ideally in the food or biotechnology industry
  • Solid expertise across a wide range of process engineering technologies
  • Experience in analyzing, optimizing and evaluating processes, and in using the associated tools and methods
  • Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
