About the role
- Administration and smooth operation of Linux environments in an SAP context
- Optimization and automation of recurring tasks using common tools such as Ansible
- Performing detailed analyses of system performance
- First point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Active participation in the selection of new IT systems and the development of IT strategies
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker), a degree in computer science, or a comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of experience administering Linux servers
- Confident working with relevant systems
- Initial experience in web hosting is an advantage but not mandatory
- Knowledge of automation, e.g. with Puppet, or experience implementing CI/CD processes
- Very good German and good English language skills
