About the role
- Monitor activities in the development laboratory
- Assist with evaluations and the monitoring of the use of controlled chemicals
- Prepare, under supervision, formulations for sample preparation
- Register, under supervision, new raw materials and new products in the computerized system, including formulation, packaging, storage conditions, shelf life and specifications
- Monitor quality control of manufactured products based on analytical monitoring
- Support the development of new analytical methods
- Support the execution of sensory analysis tests aimed at product improvement
- Support shelf-life studies
Requirements
- Technical knowledge and hands-on experience in Research & Development and application for the bakery, confectionery and dairy categories in ingredient/B2B companies
- Degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry or related fields
- Intermediate English
- Availability to work on-site in Limeira, Brazil
