About the role

Develop optimal solutions for customers in beverage/food technology or brewing
Act as co-owner of projects in Lead-to-Order process
Support Sales in identifying best products/services/technical solutions
Work closely with Account Manager during briefing phase
Finalize briefing, select products from portfolio, define and initiate development orders
Serve as gatekeeper for development requests
Optimize and further develop portfolio in collaboration with Business Units
Shape regional B2C assortment in alignment with market segments and application teams
Identify co-development opportunities with customers
Participate in innovation projects to create added value

Highly experienced technical expert
Strong commercial drive
High level of assertiveness and persistence
Outstanding communication skills
Degree in beverage or food technology, brewing, or comparable natural science discipline
Proficient in MS Office
Experience with SAP (ideally)
Willing to travel for customer meetings
5–8 years of experience in product development, R&D, sales in brewing industry, retail, or comparable industry
