About the role
- Develop and implement a future-oriented HR strategy
- Take strategic and operational responsibility for all HR-related matters
- Manage sustainable workforce planning and ensure the availability of skilled personnel
- Collaborate closely with executive management, leaders and the works council to implement modern, future-oriented HR practices
- Design and support transformation, organizational development and change processes
- Ensure compliance with labor law requirements and maintain a trusting working relationship with employee representatives; negotiate works agreements when required
- Promote a high-performance culture with strong leadership
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a (senior) HR role, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Solid knowledge of labor law and works constitution law and experience cooperating with works councils
- Experience in family-owned businesses and an understanding of their specific requirements
- Proven success in implementing HR strategies, transformation projects and change processes
- Strategic thinker with a strong hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills, empathy and the ability to build trust at all levels
- Very good German and English skills
