About the role
- Identify national, regional, and local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Maintain and broaden professional relationships with HCPs
- Contribute to Congress Planning activities
- Serve as a scientific expert at medical and scientific conferences
- Maintain high-level understanding about disease state and treatment guidelines
- Work with Medical Affairs on medical information, publications, and educational programs
- Provide support to clinical development programs by serving as a key point of contact
- Generate Field Medical Affairs plans
Requirements
- Advanced clinical or scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, or MD/DO, MS, PA, ARNP) preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of CV MSL experience
- CV experience in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is preferable
- Analytical and articulate in both oral and written communications
- Knowledge of the Medical Science Liaison roles and responsibilities
- Comply with all credentialing requirements for healthcare institutions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- A valid US Driver’s License and good driving record
