About the role
- Lead product development, marketing, market analysis, and strategic planning for Cytek’s reagents and application-related offerings.
- Manage assigned product managers and ensure product portfolios align with company objectives.
- Collaborate with R&D, operations, sales, service, marketing, business development, and executive leadership.
- Lead and oversee portfolio planning for Reagents and Applications.
- Define market leadership strategy for the Applications Platform and set performance targets.
- Manage departmental budgets and support custom product development when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, business, engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 15+ years of leadership experience in biotechnology, biopharma, or life sciences.
- 10+ years of people management experience with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, preferred.
- Successful track record of building processes, tools, and departmental capabilities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills.
- Background in regulated environments (e.g., cGMP, ISO13485) and regulated products (e.g., IVD, ASR) preferred.
