About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support leadership with the area’s routines and strategic demands
- Act as the focal point for complex disbursement cases
- Interface with internal areas (collections, CFC, registration, customer service and commercial)
- Monitor the end-to-end real estate disbursement journey
- Monitor and analyze team productivity
- Support identification of operational improvements and bottlenecks
- Participate in strategic meetings
- Support team management in the absence of leadership
- Conduct training and onboarding for new hires
- Assist with schedule control and team organization
- Manage portfolio alongside banking correspondents
- Ensure process quality and timely delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields
- Strong experience in real estate disbursement
- Knowledge of financing processes at private banks and consortia
- Approximately 3 years of experience in the area
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Analytical ability and process-oriented mindset
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Certifications such as CA-300, CA-600 or similar are a plus
- Power BI knowledge is a plus
- Experience managing a team or supporting leadership is a plus
- Experience with productivity indicators is a plus
- Experience working with multiple banks is a plus
- Knowledge of systems such as SAP/CRM is a plus
