About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Cyrela's Press Relations and Corporate Communications activities.
Draft press releases, statements and institutional materials for media distribution.
Build and strengthen relationships with journalists, media outlets and partners.
Monitor the brand’s media presence and identify opportunities for earned coverage.
Prepare monthly media clipping reports, classifying, analyzing and presenting publication results.
Organize interviews, spokesperson schedules and support media relations activities.
Identify story opportunities within internal departments, turning company initiatives into relevant content for publication.
Support corporate events, press conferences and other departmental activities.
Work in partnership with different company departments to strengthen Cyrela’s corporate image.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (completed or in final stages) in Journalism or Public Relations.
Previous experience in Press Relations, Corporate Communications or Public Relations.
Experience drafting press releases, statements and press materials.
Knowledge of media clipping, media monitoring and report preparation.
Familiarity with company–journalist relations.
Excellent written communication and proficiency in Portuguese.
Communicative, organized, analytical and proactive profile, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Interest in gaining a deep understanding of the business to turn information into relevant storylines.
Availability to attend events and travel occasionally when necessary.
Alignment with a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning and professional development.
