About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and reconcile boleto and QR code payments
Control and reconcile unidentified deposits
Control and reconcile receivables and remittances related to Associative Financing
Analyze supporting calculations and calculation worksheets
Register insurance for ALF units
Manage insurance billing for alienated units
Participate in accounting process audits
Enter assignments, contract terminations (distrato), auctions and ALF renegotiations into the system
Manage postponements of remittances
Handle incidents and operational occurrences
Support system improvements during homologation/testing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Economics, or related fields
Experience with SAP and CRM systems
Proficiency in Excel and financial calculations
Experience in financial controls and receivables management, bank reconciliation, auditing, and process analysis
Experience in the construction/real estate development sector is a plus
