About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support for the Customer Experience finance team with payment processes and administrative routines;
- Control and monitoring of invoices, boletos (bank slips) and approvals in the system;
- Updating spreadsheets and tracking the area's operational requests;
- Frequent contact with suppliers to coordinate payments, correct invoices and manage registrations;
- Interface with internal clients from different company areas to support event-related requests;
- Follow-up on requests with Procurement, Financial Control and Accounts Payable teams;
- Support in the financial organization of events and actions carried out by the company's brands;
- Assistance in tracking orders and the area's payment flow.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management Processes, Financial Management or related fields;
- Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Organized, responsible profile with good communication skills;
- Ease in dealing with different departments and suppliers on a daily basis;
- Good interpersonal skills and the dynamism to operate in a collaborative, operational environment.
- Previous contact with financial systems such as SAP;
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
