Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism
- Experience in conceptual development, coordination, and executive design of multifamily projects in the real estate sector
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of standards, legislation, decrees, and technical regulations
- Experience with permit/legal-approval drawings and processes
