Key responsibilities & impact

Preparation and detailing of hydraulic installation projects (cold and hot water, sanitary sewage, stormwater, natural gas, and fire protection)
Sizing/dimensioning of hydraulic installation systems (cold and hot water, sanitary sewage, stormwater, natural gas, and fire protection)
Coordination of hydraulic installation designs with other disciplines
Preparation of technical reports and specifications
Preparation of guidelines, construction details, and technical standards for the hydraulic installations discipline
Monitoring of field prototypes and construction site visits
Leading design coordination meetings
Preparation of stormwater drainage designs for approval by the São Paulo city government (Prefeitura de São Paulo)
Preparation of pavement reinstatement designs for approval by the São Paulo city government (Prefeitura de São Paulo)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Civil Engineering
Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD
Intermediate knowledge of Revit MEP and Civil 3D
Strong knowledge of standards, legislation, municipal decrees, and technical instructions (IT)
