About the role

  • Develop, implement and monitor ESG strategies, engaging with internal and external stakeholders and strengthening Cyrela's institutional positioning;
  • Maintain the Company's inclusion in stock exchange corporate indices (B3), such as ISE, ICO2 and IDIVERSA;
  • Manage and monitor all sustainability certifications for developments, such as AQUA, EDGE and LEED, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement of results;
  • Plan, coordinate and manage the Sustainability Report, ensuring adherence to GRI, SASB and TCFD guidelines and frameworks;
  • Prepare and manage the greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions inventory (Scopes 1, 2 and 3), including offset strategies and reporting to the Brazilian GHG Protocol Program (FGV);
  • Lead ESG communications, supporting the executive team in preparing materials for presentations, events, committees and strategic forums;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Solid experience in ESG, with experience in corporate environments
