About the role
- Analyze performance and metrics of digital platforms, proposing improvements to increase engagement and conversion.
- Structure and review processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
- Conduct detailed requirements gathering with stakeholders and translate requirements for the technology team.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and functional validations, ensuring adherence to business rules and usability.
- Create and update dashboards for monitoring products and processes.
- Plan and monitor implementations, aligning timelines and scope with all involved areas.
- Support roadmap definition and prioritization of improvements and new features.
- Assist in preparing executive presentations with results and action plans.
- Monitor innovation projects, connecting them with our ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and UX/UI principles.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Product Management, Digital Transformation, or related areas.
