About the role

  • Execute Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable activities, such as reconciling receipts, entering information into the system, and monitoring the settlement of invoices and due dates;
  • Make payments to area suppliers, condominium fees, notary expenses, public agencies, among others;
  • Prepare managerial and operational reports;
  • Monitor the company’s internal controls;
  • Interface with other internal departments and external partners;
  • Organize routines and propose improvements and enhancements to the area’s processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (from the 8th semester) in Administration, Financial Management, Accounting, Economics, or other related fields;
  • Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel);
  • Experience in the area;
  • CRM and SAP systems.
