About the role
- Assist clients by resolving questions about personalization and unit layouts;
- Responsible for the personalization sales portfolio;
- Send messages to schedule meetings with clients;
- Update spreadsheets and sales dashboards, comparing results to established targets;
- Contract and review executive drawings and release them for construction;
- Interface and collaborate with Customer Relations, Estimating/Budget, and Engineering teams to implement Personalization initiatives;
- Various tasks related to the Personalization area.
- Draft modification contracts for clients and monitor their progress until completion;
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture and Urbanism;
- Intermediate MS Office skills;
- Good communication, analytical profile, and ability to work collaboratively with technical and commercial teams.
