About the role

  • Support and perform analyses of municipal, state and federal legislation applicable to project implementation, contributing to regulatory compliance and mitigation of environmental risks;
  • Submit and follow up on procedures with the competent authorities (CETESB, SP Regula, Ibama, SVMA), ensuring deadlines are met, technical quality and legal compliance;
  • Monitor the issuance, renewal and control of environmental licenses and approvals, maintaining frequent interfaces with public agencies and external partners;
  • Track the validity of environmental permits, flagging risks and supporting the implementation of preventive and corrective actions;
  • Support fulfillment of environmental conditions together with construction and project teams, ensuring alignment and compliance with legal requirements;
  • Participate in meetings and technical site visits, providing guidance on environmental processes and requirements to the teams involved;
  • Serve as internal technical support, contributing analyses, reports and inputs to management decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Geology or related fields;
  • Previous experience in monitoring environmental processes and issues related to contaminated sites;
  • Experience interacting with environmental agencies and the technical interpretation of legislation and permit conditions;
  • Analytical and organized profile, with good communication skills and a results-oriented focus.
