About the role
- Perform analysis and entries of invoices for payments to suppliers across various company areas
- Monitor and manage payments in the system according to deadlines and rules
- Provide support to internal and external stakeholders regarding the invoice payment process
- Interface with Accounts Payable, Procurement, Tax, and all Business Areas in São Paulo
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience in administrative roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Previous administrative experience in construction companies is a plus
- Knowledge of financial control and administrative routines
