About the role
- Analyze architectural feasibility studies and verify dimensional/numerical data in accordance with urban planning parameters
- Monitor and review preliminary architectural studies, ensuring compliance with current legislation
- Monitor and review landscaping and common-area decoration projects
- Oversee the architectural conception of building façades
- Analyze complementary projects and coordinate interfaces with other disciplines alongside the Executive and Engineering teams
- Coordinate schedules and the issuance/submission of Legal Project documentation, registry office (Cartório) filings and other required approvals
- Review approval projects for municipal (City Hall) and registry office submissions, ensuring conformity with urban planning and legal regulations
- Develop sales materials such as images, scale models, client descriptive reports (memorial descritivo), contract drawings and training for sales agents
- Support and liaise with the Marketing team in the development of campaign and launch materials
- Review applicable NBR standards
- Coordinate and liaise with the construction site during visits for masonry prototypes, installations and finishes
- Coordinate and liaise with the Construction team to ensure the project is executed correctly
- Implement common areas and monitor the budget allocated to Decoration and Landscaping
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Architecture and Urbanism
- Experience working at real estate developers (incorporadoras) with a focus on Product
- Proven experience interfacing with multiple departments, with a focus on quality and meeting deadlines
- Strong communication skills; comfortable presenting ideas and speaking in public
- Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit and AutoCAD
