Community Manager

• Lead and execute comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies for projects across the assigned region

Associate Director, Community & Stakeholder Engagement

Director

• Provides strategic leadership and direction for assigned projects from late-stage development through the final development phase, approximately 6 – 12 months prior the start of construction
• Supports the Pre-Construction Department by actively participating in the contracting RFP process for assigned projects through contract execution
• Participates in a formal turnover and acceptance of the project from Pre-Construction to Construction execution and ultimately turnover to Asset Management
• Works to support, develop, and implement a project execution plan that is formally communicated to all project stakeholders
• Manages the integration of development and construction execution functions for committed projects
• Provides tactical leadership for the preparation and maintenance of detailed project execution strategies, including contracting strategies, construction plans, schedules, and budgets
• Ensures the overall success of project execution by consistently implementing construction management tools for each assigned project
• Understands the implications of variance technical options and is able to guide engineering designs to achieve the best solution for each situation
• Supports the balance-of-plant process, preparation bid documents, and the Request for Proposal process, and assists with the negotiation of construction contracts
• Ensures projects are adequately staffed, trained, and standard construction toolbox policies, procedures, and programs are adhered to in order to assure all project communications, issues, change orders, and quality items are well documented
• Provides leadership during project construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, cost, environmental, landowner, and other project requirements are met or exceeded
• Fully understands and manages all aspects of project contracts (EPC, BOP, TSA & PSA) and holds the contractors and suppliers accountable to perform at the highest level to ensure projects are completed on time and under budget
• Develops key personnel for leadership roles and pushes employee decision making down to the appropriate level. Institutes a culture of ownership and accountability by giving employees the training necessary to feel empowered to make decisions and hold them accountable to do so
• Consolidates and analyzes budgets, costs, forecasts, and utilization against established financial goals

Director, Project Execution

Manager

• Serve as the primary on-site safety representative for Cypress Creek Renewables during project construction.
• Oversee and monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with OSHA regulations, site-specific safety plans, and company HSSE policies.
• Conduct daily site safety observations, inspections, and formal audits; track and close corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and development of corrective and preventive actions.
• Review and approve Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), and high-risk work plans.
• Facilitate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and site safety orientations.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to field leadership and craft personnel to strengthen safety performance and leadership behaviors.
• Act as a problem-solver and mediator for safety-related conflicts, promoting fair and consistent enforcement of safety expectations.
• Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, and metrics for project leadership and corporate HSSE.
• Partner with project management to integrate safety into scheduling, planning, and execution activities.
• Serve as a visible safety leader on site, modeling Cypress Creek Renewables’ safety values and expectations.

Manager, Site Safety

Engineer

• Develop in-house site layouts, PV energy models, BESS energy models, performance calculations, optimization exercises, and single line diagrams (SLD) using industry-standard tools.
• Lead the design of ground-mounted solar PV system projects, with primary focus on site layout, array configuration, inter-row spacing, tracker geometry, grading constraints, and civil/land development integration.
• Read, interpret, and understand all project documentation such as City/County zoning and permitting requirements and produce compliant design solutions.
• Review due diligence surveys, geotechnical studies, hydrology analyses, wetland delineations, and environmental reports required for design and permitting; assess impacts on site layout, grading design, and energy production assumptions.
• Produce high-quality engineering plans, site layout drawings, array block diagrams, and construction details utilizing AutoCAD/Civil3D design software.
• Produce grading analysis, topographical exhibits, drainage assessments, and other AutoCAD Civil3D deliverables to support site feasibility and permitting.
• Support the Pre-Construction Department by providing site design deliverables and energy forecast documentation during the EPC RFP process through contract execution.
• Coordinate with third-party engineering firms across site design-relevant disciplines including civil, structural, geotechnical, electrical, and survey, as needed to advance site designs.
• Review scopes of work, deliverables, and schedules for engineering consultants
• Experience creating and reviewing engineering deliverables (10/30/60/90% design packages) Ensure all engineering activities align with project timelines and budgets
• Build and maintain BESS energy models to evaluate dispatch strategies, state-of-charge profiles, degradation, and revenue optimization; provide technical support to Supply Chain for evaluation of new BESS, PCS technologies, PV inverters, and MV transformers.
• Develop, perform QA/QC, and maintain PVSyst simulation models for solar PV projects including bifacial modeling, shading analysis, soiling/degradation assumptions, and P50/P90 energy yield estimates; maintain documentation of modeling assumptions for internal and lender review.
• Evaluate and apply meteorological data sources (e.g., Solargis, NASA POWER, SolarAnywhere) and loss analysis methodologies to produce defensible energy forecasts, understanding the technical and financial implications of modeling assumptions.
• Conduct technical review and risk analysis of site layouts, identifying design conflicts, shading impacts, setback compliance, and grading challenges that affect energy yield or constructability.
• Ensure the execution of work in accordance with contracts and policies
• Develop effective relationships with internal departments, contractors, suppliers, landowners, and other stakeholders
• Support maintenance and continuous improvement of technical specifications for PV modules, inverters, racking systems, BESS equipment, and EPC/equipment procurement contracts (EPCA)
• Act as the point of contact between internal development/construction teams and external engineering consultants
• Facilitate design coordination meetings and issue resolution of discussions. Reinforce a team approach throughout the enterprise, both on projects and internal initiatives

Project Engineer

Supply Chain

• Develop and manage strategic procurement initiatives in support of CCR’s project development and project construction organizations
• Plan procurement of major equipment with Development, Engineering, and Project Management for allocation to projects
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders from other departments
• Issue, manage, and evaluate RFPs for equipment procurement
• Take lead in negotiation of equipment supply agreements.
• Ensure equipment meets stakeholder bankability, performance, and reliability standards.
• Manage logistics and scheduling of equipment ensuring on time delivery
• Support and maintain supplier relationships, with a specific focus on owner-furnished equipment, including PV modules, Battery Energy Storage (BESS), inverters, racking, transformers, and breakers.
• Be a subject matter expert on supply chain industry trends, technology evolution, and market dynamics.
• Manage the company view on forward looking product costs and performance roadmaps utilizing vendor relationships and market research
• Collect and report global market, commodity and policy assessment updates.
• Follow, manage, and update company policies as necessary.

Senior Manager – Supply Chain

• Evaluate tariffs and proposed changes for impact to pre-application market/site selection and interconnection strategy.
• Support evaluation of power transmission infrastructure requirements and risks, including for co-located energy sites.
• Manage generator and load interconnection requests and queue advancement across PJM, MISO, and NYISO.
• Coordinate with transmission providers, ISO staff, and internal engineering teams to resolve study issues and advance projects.
• Lead GIA negotiations
• Lead interconnection due diligence for acquisition opportunities, including management of consultants for technical scopes of work assessing key interconnection risks.
• Partner with internal teams assessing deliverability risk, upgrade costs, and queue timing implications for multiple market regions.
• Directly represent CCR and advance CCR commercial priorities in ISO/RTO stakeholder meetings related to generation and large load interconnection processes.
• Maintain constructive relationships with ISO staff, transmission providers, utilities, consultants, and peers.

Associate Director – Grid Integration

• Screen and qualify potential points of interconnection (POIs) across CCR's national portfolio based on cost, timing, constraint exposure, and upgrade risk — for solar, storage, and co-located large load sites.
• Conduct steady-state power flow analysis using TARA, PSS/E, PowerWorld, or equivalent tools to identify attractive injection capacity and transfer capacity for load.
• Forecast thermal overloads, estimated interconnection costs, and queue timing for projects across PJM, MISO, ERCOT, WECC, and other markets.
• Develop automated tools and workflows to increase the frequency, speed, and accuracy of wide-area and injection screening.
• Develop physical interconnection configuration designs for co-located generation and large load facilities to optimize speed-to-power and project sizing.
• Review and independently replicate ISO/RTO interconnection study results to validate assumptions, identify errors, and challenge upgrade cost allocations where appropriate.
• Identify queue attrition potential that may eliminate or reduce network upgrade requirements, and advise project teams accordingly.
• Play a defining role in shaping CCR's interconnection strategy across ISOs/RTOs by deeply understanding evolving regulatory frameworks and translating them into project configuration and queue positioning recommendations.
• Support project optimization strategies including surplus interconnection, project resizing, and alternative interconnection configurations.
• Develop commercialization strategies for co-located large load and generation facilities.
• Support GIA negotiations by providing technical context and strategic recommendations to project managers and commercial teams.
• Advise senior leadership on the implications of FERC orders, market rule changes, and long-term transmission expansion trends.
• Serve as CCR's technical representative in discussions with ISOs, RTOs, and utilities.
• Partner with Grid Integration Project Managers to track and shape tariff updates, interconnection process reforms, and performance requirement changes in alignment with CCR's commercial priorities.
• Act as CCR's internal subject matter expert on transmission planning and interconnection engineering.
• Partner with development, finance, commercial, and operations teams to define and execute CCR's interconnection value proposition for large load customers.
• Build and maintain internal systems, databases, and workflows that improve transparency, efficiency, and institutional knowledge across the Grid Integration team.
