About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive execution of customer onboarding programs, including complex implementations involving data migration, integrations, and multiple stakeholders.
Own project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk management across multiple concurrent workstreams.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure aligned, on-time delivery.
Maintain clear project visibility through structured documentation, status reporting, and consistent communication cadence.
Identify risks early, remove blockers quickly, and keep projects moving with pace.
Hold stakeholders accountable while maintaining a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
Lead internal initiatives that improve delivery efficiency, scalability, and overall implementation quality.
Lead or support onboarding and training delivery during peak periods to accelerate customer adoption.
Maintain strong product knowledge and apply it directly to both implementation and training execution.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
5+ years of experience managing projects, with a demonstrated ability to drive initiatives from kickoff through completion.
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to drive accountability and manage stakeholders across functions and levels.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly present updates and align stakeholders.
Ability to quickly learn new systems and apply knowledge in practical, execution-focused scenarios.
Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
Strong sense of urgency, consistent follow-through, and disciplined execution.
Experience with SaaS implementations or customer onboarding environments is preferred.
Familiarity with project management tools, especially ClickUp, is preferred.
Experience with migrations, integrations, or technical project work is preferred.
Knowledge of learning platforms (LMS) or learning technologies is preferred.
Formal project management training or certifications are preferred.
